Highland Deck and Fence started in 2017 with a simple idea: homeowners in the Inland Empire deserve a deck builder who shows up on time, pulls the permits, and builds something that actually holds up in the heat. The company is rooted in Highland, CA - a community at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains where summers push past 100 degrees and the soil conditions require real attention to foundation work.
